Deposit & Cancellation Policy

At Option Motorsports, we take every appointment seriously and hold your spot the moment your deposit is received. Please review our policy below before booking.

Deposit Requirement
A min of $500 deposit is required to confirm all PPF and vinyl wrap appointments. Your deposit is applied toward your final balance and is used to order your film or material and reserve your place on our schedule.

Cancellation Policy
Before material is ordered: If you need to cancel before we have ordered your film or material, we will refund your deposit in full.

After material is ordered: Once your film or material has been ordered, the deposit is non-refundable. This covers the cost of materials that cannot be returned or restocked.

Rescheduling
We understand that life happens. If you need to reschedule, please contact us as early as possible. We will do our best to find you a new date at no additional charge, subject to availability.

No-Shows
Failure to arrive on your scheduled date without prior notice will result in forfeiture of your deposit.
